John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word
was with God, and the Word was God.

Welcome to The Living Reference
Scripture is The Living Reference and all other resources (including our eBooks) are guides to facilitate our learning journey in our faith.
We believe that in order to understand what God has in store for us, we need to intentionally set aside time to be still and ponder what His Word means to each one of us.
These series of eBooks come with a reflection question at the end of every chapter. We hope you will enjoy exploring and engaging in Scripture every single day!
Feel free to 'Contact Admin' if you have any questions. And we would love to hear from you how you have been using these eBooks for your own devotion or book study. We hope you have been blessed. We look forward to hearing from you!
Our eBooks can be found in Google Play Books and Amazon from October 2026. If you wish to be in our mailing list, please 'Contact Admin' with the subject title: 'New Book Release'.

E-journaling with my Bible and eBook

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking and training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16
For those of us who want to get started on journaling, spending time reading and meditating on God's Word, here are some suggestions:
a) Set aside at least 30 mins each time. Find a place that is quiet and comfortable. Put your devices away.
b) Have your Bible, a devotional guide and stationery with you OR your eBible & eBook on a device used for this purpose.
c) Pray that as you intentionally spend time with God, in the quiet, God will reveal His Word to you. Read the Bible passage a few times over if you have to.
d) Jot down or sketch whatever thoughts that show up as you read and ponder... from the Bible text and the devotional text.
e) Take note of one takeaway at the end of every reflection session. How can you apply this learning in your specific context? How is it aligned with God's Word?
f) Keep practicing and over time you will see the fruits of your labor. Enjoy your reflection journey!
